REP Holdings is owner Renic E. Palmer, a New Orleans native with more than 30 years in HVAC and property maintenance, working alongside his family and a small hired crew. Quality control runs through his son. The office runs through family too.

For over 20 years, Renic has hired and mentored young men and given second chances to adults who need work and structure. The program is simple: show up, learn a trade, get paid fairly. Crew members earn $20-25 an hour building real skills.
